That’s why we created Engle Document Services.

Our approach combines:

Document Services
Notarization, authentication and apostille coordination.

Operations
Organizing the steps, paperwork, communication and logistics.

International Perspective
Understanding that the document requirements surrounding an international transaction can involve multiple jurisdictions and organizations.

Professional Relationships
Knowing when a situation belongs with an attorney, immigration professional, government agency, or other qualified professional.

We’re the coordinator—not the lawyer.

What We Do—and What We Don't Do

Engle Document Services provides administrative document coordination and notarial services.

We do not:
✗ Provide Legal Advice
✗ Provide Immigration Advice
✗ Determine Legal requirements for your specific matter
✗ Prepare or alter Legal Documents
✗ Guarantee that a Foreign Government or Receiving Organization will accept a document
✗ Guarantee processing times controlled by Government Agencies

If an attorney, government agency, university, employer, or other authority has provided you with specific document requirements, we can work from those requirements to help coordinate the document-services process.

When legal advice is required, we encourage clients to consult the appropriate licensed professional.

Rush service

Working Against a Deadline?

We understand that international document needs don’t always come with months of notice. Rush, expedited, evening, and weekend services may be available depending on the document, processing authority, and your timeline. Government processing times are outside of our control, but we’ll clearly communicate the available processing options and potential associated fees before you authorize the service.

FAQs

Apostille Questions?

That depends on the document, destination country, and intended use. If an authority or professional has told you that your document needs an Apostille, we can help coordinate the processing.

If the document requires notarization and the notarization is within our scope, we may be able to provide mobile or remote notarization before the authentication/Apostille process.

Apostilles are generally used to authenticate documents issued in the country where the apostille is obtained. Foreign-issued documents may follow a different process. We’ll help identify the appropriate administrative pathway based on the document and intended use.

No. We don’t provide immigration or legal advice. Your attorney or appropriate government/immigration authority should determine what documentation is required.

Potentially. The appropriate authentication authority depends on where the document originated and the type of document. We’ll evaluate the administrative pathway before accepting the assignment.

Processing times vary by authority, document type, submission method, and whether expedited service is available. We will provide the expected processing options available at the time of your request.
